OUR SERVICES

Site Development - Land clearing and grubbing

LAND CLEARING AND GRUBBING

Land Clearing is the process of removing trees, shrubs, and other vegetation from a piece of land. This is often done to use or manage the land for a specific purpose, such as farming, building development, or land/forest management.

Land Grubbing is the process of removing roots and other remaining debris from land that’s been cleared of trees, brush, and other vegetation.

Trenching - water line from well to house.

Trenching (Electric/Septic/Well)

Trenching is the process of digging a narrow trench in the ground for the installation, maintenance, or inspection of pipelines, conduits, or cables.

According to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, excavations are designated as trenches when they are deeper than they are wide

Site development - install of new driveway.

Driveways

Driveway is defined as every entrance or exit used by vehicular traffic to or from lands or buildings abutting a highway.

Septic Systems - installation of septic tank.

Septic Systems

Septic systems are underground wastewater treatment structures that use a combination of natural and technological processes to treat wastewater from household plumbing produced by bathrooms, showers, kitchen drains and laundry.

Septic Systems often include a plumbing from the house/building to the septic tank, then from the septic tank to the distribution box and finally from the distribution box to the leach lines.

More than one in five households in the U.S. depend on individual septic (decentralized) systems or small community cluster systems to treat their wastewater.

Site development - Foundation pad

Foundations/Pads

Foundations are part of a structural system that supports and anchors the superstructure of a building and transmits its loads directly to the earth.

Foundations provide the structure's stability from the ground:

  • To distribute the weight of the structure over a large area in order to avoid overloading the underlying soil.
  • To anchor the structure against forces including earthquakes, floods, droughts, frost heaves, tornadoes and wind.
  • To provide a level surface for construction.
  • To anchor the structure deeply into the ground, increasing its stability and preventing overloading.

Brush hogging

Brush Hogging

Brush Hogg is a device, pulled behind a tractor, having one or more blades spinning parallel to the ground and attached radially to a central axis, used for cutting vegetation and clearing land.
